Challenges
Challenge 1:
Getting helpful and detailed feedback/answers to my questions during the interviews because people would not elaborate very much or have vague responses.
How I Overcame It :
I did a mock interview with my mentor to better prepare myself for these situations. When I got a one work answer to a question or a vague answer, I would just keep digging deeper by asking why they felt that way or why they made that observation. I learned that when in doubt, just keep going deeper and deeper into the topic until there's not much else to learn and always come up with other ways to ask the same question so you can revisit it later.
