"Broadstone Consulting has contracted you for the design and build of the Broadstone Consulting HRNexus Marketplace (“HRN”) platform. HRN will provide on-demand consulting primarily around Human Resources/Workplace/Employee Benefit issues. HRN is a marketplace for employers to access expert advice for their workforce issues from a diverse team of expert consultants through a technology platform.

The scope of this project will be the following deliverables:

Gain a comprehensive understanding of Broadstone Consulting Innovation Hub’s value proposition, competitive position, and business goals and create a Core Strategy for how to approach this project.
Define and articulate the platform architecture through end-to-end User Journey maps and
Interaction Flow maps.
Develop comprehensive and consistent User Experience design, including wireframes, interactive prototypes and visual design key frames for desktop compute and/or mobile devices."

Vision

"HRN platform should allow Clients (people seeking a Human Resources expert) to connect with qualified,
vetted experts (“Pros”) to solve their problem quickly, seamlessly, and efficiently. Clients may go to the
platform directly to search for Pros and connect via a call/chat button or post a project and allow Pros to
provide clients with bids.

The success for this platform depends on achieving the following goals:

Clients
- Easy sign-up
- Provide access to the entire pool of Pros and guarantee a 24-hr response time for questions to be answered.
- Clients need to be able to post topics and questions for discussions and allow HRNexus Marketplace members to respond. This will be a free offering.
